Nicaragua recalled that " [t]he single maritime boundary between the continental shelf and the exclusive economic zones of Nicaragua and of Colombia within the 200-nautical-mile limit from the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea of Nicaragua is measured was defined by the Court in paragraph 251 of its Judgment of 19 November 2012 " .
١٦٨ - وأشارت نيكاراغوا إلى أن ' ' خط الحدود البحرية الوحيد بين الجرف القاري والمنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة لكل من نيكاراغوا وكولومبيا داخل حدود 200 ميل بحري من خطوط الأساس التي يقاس منها عرض البحر الإقليمي لنيكاراغوا قد حددته المحكمة في الفقرة 251 من حكمها المؤرخ 19 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012``.

Nicaragua also asked the Court " to determine the course of the single maritime boundary between the areas of continental shelf and exclusive economic zone appertaining respectively to Nicaragua and Colombia, in accordance with equitable principles and relevant circumstances recognized by general international law as applicable to such a delimitation of a single maritime boundary " .9
كما طلبت نيكاراغوا إلى المحكمة ' ' أن تقرر مسار خط الحدود البحرية الوحيد بين مناطق الجرف القاري والمنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة التي تعود تباعا إلى نيكاراغوا وكولومبيا، وذلك وفقا لمبادئ الإنصاف والظروف ذات الصلة التي يقر القانون الدولي العمومي بأنها تسري على تعيين خط حدود بحرية وحيد " (9).
