On 1 September 1996, the restrictions imposed by the Council in paragraph 13 of its resolution 918 (1994) shall terminate, unless it decides otherwise after its consideration of the report of the Secretary-General on the matter.
وسيتـم في ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦ إنهاء القيود المفروضة من المجلس في الفقرة ١٣ من قراره ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤(، ما لم يقرر المجلس خلاف ذلك بعد أن يكون قد نظر في التقرير المقدم من اﻷمين العام بشأن هذه المسألة.

8. Decides also that on 1 September 1996 the restrictions imposed by paragraph 13 of resolution 918 (1994) on the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to the Government of Rwanda shall terminate, unless the Council decides otherwise after its consideration of the second report of the Secretary-General referred to in paragraph 12 below;
٨ - يقرر أيضا إنهاء القيود المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ١٣ من القرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( بشأن بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة الى حكومة رواندا، في ١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، ما لم يقرر المجلس خلاف ذلك بعد أن يكون قد نظر في التقرير الثاني المقدم من اﻷمين العام والمشار اليه في الفقرة ١٢ أدناه؛

“8.
