National ownership was of great importance in rule of law activities. The national capacities of Member States in the domestic implementation of their respective international obligations should be strengthened, including through enhanced technical assistance and capacity-building, which should be provided at the request of Governments and strictly within the respective mandates of the United Nations funds and programmes.
وأوضح أن للملكية الوطنية أهمية كبرى في أنشطة سيادة القانون، وأنه ينبغي تعزيز القدرات الوطنية للدول الأعضاء في مجال تنفيذ الالتزامات الدولية لكل منها على الصعيد المحلي، بما في ذلك من خلال تعزيز المساعدة التقنية وبناء القدرات، اللذين ينبغي توفيرهما بناء على طلب الحكومات وعلى نحو لا يتجاوز إطار الولاية المنوطة بكل برنامج وصندوق تابع للأمم المتحدة.
