On 29 June 2007 the Secretariat transmitted a reminder to the SACEP secretariat requesting it to send the feasibility study by 3 July 2007 to enable its consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its sixth session.

The Working Group on the Universal Periodic Review of the Human Rights Council reviewed the human rights situation in Cyprus in the context of its universal periodic review (UPR) process, at its sixth session in November 2009.
وقام الفريق العامل المعني بالاستعراض الدوري الشامل التابع لمجلس حقوق الإنسان باستعراض حالة حقوق الإنسان في قبرص في سياق عملية الاستعراض الدوري الشامل خلال دورته السادسة التي عُقدت في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009.

5. In exercising its authority over, and in providing guidance to, the CDM in accordance with the CDM modalities and procedures, the CMP, at its sixth session, taking note of the annual report of the Board, may wish:

65. In addition, Morocco launched an initiative during the high-level segment of the fourth session of the Council aimed at the adoption of a United Nations declaration on human rights education and training. The initiative took the form of a draft resolution, submitted jointly with Switzerland, which the Council adopted by consensus at its sixth session.
65- ومن جهة أخرى، روّج المغرب خلال الجزء الرفيع المستوى للدورة الرابعة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان لمبادرة ترمي إلى اعتماد إعلان للأمم المتحدة فيما يتعلق بالتعليم والتدريب في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وهي مبادرة أخذت منحى ملموساً عن طريق تقديم مشروع قرار مشترك مع سويسرا اعتمده مجلس حقوق الإنسان بتوافق الآراء خلال دورته السادسة.

48. At its fifth session, by decision 21/COP.5, the COP decided to reconvene this group during its sixth session.
48- وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 21/م أ-5 الذي اعتمده في دورته الخامسة، أن يدعو هذا الفريق إلى الاجتماع خلال دورته السادسة.

47. A regional workshop on land was organized in Cambodia by the Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact Foundation in cooperation with the International Working Group for Indigenous Affairs and other partners as a key contribution to the Permanent Forum's focus on land, territories and resources during its sixth session.
47 - ونظّمت مؤسسة ميثاق الشعوب الأصلية في آسيا، بالتعاون مع الفريق العامل الدولي لشؤون الشعوب الأصلية، وشركاء آخرون، حلقة عمل إقليمية بشأن الأراضي، في كمبوديا، كمساهمة رئيسية في تركيز منتدى الأمم المتحدة الدائم على الأراضي والأقاليم والموارد خلال دورته السادسة.

With regard to the review, rationalization and improvement of the mandates of special procedure, which is a key aspect of the institution-building text, during its sixth session in September and December 2007, the Council commenced the review, rationalization and improvement of special procedures mandates at both the thematic and country levels.
وفيما يتعلق باستعراض ولايات الإجراءات الخاصة وترشيدها وتحسينها، التي تشكل جانبا رئيسيا للنص المتعلق ببناء المؤسسات، بدأ المجلس، خلال دورته السادسة التي عقدت في أيلول/سبتمبر وكانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، استعراض وترشيد وتحسين ولايات الإجراءات الخاصة على المستويين الموضوعي والقطري على حد سواء.

As reported in subparagraph 5 (d) above, the amendments and modifications were considered and approved by the Council at its Seventy-Sixth Session.
وكما أفيد به في الفقرة الفرعية 5 (د) أعلاه، نظر المجلس في هذه التعديلات والتغييرات خلال دورته السادسة والسبعين وأقرها.
