21- يتعين خلال عملية الاختيار مراعاة التدابير التالية:

٤٢- كما يتوقع أن تتحمل الجهة المتعاقدة، من ناحية أخرى، المخاطر المتعلقة باﻷحداث المنسوبة الى ما اتخذته هي من اجراءات، كعدم كفاية المواصفات التقنية المعطاة خلال عملية الاختيار أو التأخر الناجم عن عدم توفير الامدادات المتفق عليها في الوقت المقرر.

(هـ) أن يشجع التشاور بين رؤساء الإدارات والمكاتب ذات مراكز الاتصال المعنية بالمرأة خلال عملية الاختيار وأن يكفل تحديد مراكز الاتصال على مستوى عال بما فيه الكفاية بما يتيح لها التمتع بالوصول بشكل كامل وفعَّال إلى مستويات الإدارة العليا؛

76- ومن مجموع المنسقين المقيمين الذين أجابوا عن الدراسة الاستقصائية التي أجرتها وحدة التفتيش المشتركة، بلغت نسبة المؤيدين لفكرة إجراء مقابلات مع المرشحين خلال عملية الاختيار 43.8 في المائة، في حين بلغت نسبة المعارضين 36.3 في المائة.
