وفي الفقرتين الفرعيتين (ج) و (ﻫ)، يستعاض عن عبارة " جميع فئات الموظفين (من القدرات الدائمة والعاملين لحسابهم الخاص والمتعاقدين) " بعبارة " جميع الموظفين سواء كانوا دائمين أو مؤقتين والمتعاقدين " .
