The author submits that there is an agreement between the two countries entitled " On movements of citizens and simplification of rules for citizens who reside in border areas " , signed in 2004, which allows the citizens, residents of Khorezm and Bukhara regions of Uzbekistan to travel to and from Dashoguz and Lebap regions of Turkmenistan without visas for no more than three days once a month.
