٧- وبناء على دعوة من الرئيسة أحاط المؤتمر علما مع الارتياح بأن ٥١١ دولة ومنظمة اقليمية واحدة للتكامل الاقتصادي أصبحت أطرافا في الاتفاقية عند افتتاح الدورة وأن دولتين إضافيتين هما جمهورية لاو الشعبية الديمقراطية وجامايكا، ستصبحان طرفين في ٤ و٦ نيسان/أبريل على التوالي مما يجعل مجموع عدد اﻷطراف يصل إلى ٨١١ قبل اختتام الدورة.
