On 29 June and 6 November 2012, the author informed the Committee that he spoke to a number of government officials with regard to a settlement concluded in 2009, but that none of his efforts resulted in the actual payment of any compensation.
أبلغ صاحب البلاغ اللجنة، في 29 حزيران/يونيه و6 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012، بأنه تحدث إلى العديد من المسؤولين الحكوميين فيما يخص التسوية التي أُبرمت في عام 2009، ولكن لم تؤد أي من مساعيه إلى دفع أي تعويضات بصورة فعلية.

Each such special agreement shall provide that the agency concerned shall be bound by the judgements of the Tribunal and be responsible for the payment of any compensation awarded by the Tribunal in respect of a staff member of that agency and shall include, inter alia, provisions concerning the agency's participation in the administrative arrangements for the functioning of the Tribunal and concerning its sharing the expenses of the Tribunal.
ويتعين أن ينص كل اتفاق من تلك الاتفاقات الخاصة على أن تكون الوكالة المعنية ملزمة بالأحكام التي تصدرها المحكمة، وأن تتحمل مسؤولية دفع أي تعويضات تحكم بها المحكمة لصالح أي موظف يعمل في تلك الوكالة. كما يتعين أن يتضمن ذلك الاتفاق، فيما يتضمن، أحكاما تتعلق باشتراك الوكالة في إجراء الترتيبات الإدارية اللازمة لاضطلاع المحكمة بمهامها، وأحكاما تتعلق بمشاركة الوكالة في تقاسم نفقات المحكمة.
