* قررت اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، عملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 69 ألف من نظامها الداخلي، نشر الملاحظات الختامية المؤقتة المتعلقة بغينيا الاستوائية، التي اعتُمدت وأحيلت إلى الدولة الطرف في دورتها التاسعة والسبعين.

33. At its seventy-eighth session, the Committee further considered the situation of the Romani and Irish Traveller community at Dale Farm, County of Essex, in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and decided to pursue the consideration of this situation at its seventy-ninth session.
33- ونظرت اللجنة كذلك، في دورتها الثامنة والسبعين، في حالة مجتمع روماني والرُّحل الأيرلنديين المقيمين في مزرعة ديل، بمقاطعة إسيكس، بالمملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وآيرلندا الشمالية وقررت مواصلة النظر في هذه الحالة في دورتها التاسعة والسبعين.

34. In the light of information received from the Government of Colombia about the Urra II Dam project within ancestral lands of the Embera Katio people in a letter dated 26 January 2011, the Committee decided at its seventy-ninth session to remove the case from its early warning and urgent action procedure.
34- وفي ضوء المعلومات التي تلقتها اللجنة من حكومة كولومبيا، في رسالة مؤرخة 26كانون الثاني/يناير 2011، بشأن مشروع السد Urra II المزمع إقامته على أراضي الأجداد التابعة لشعب إمبيرا كاتيو، قررت اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة والسبعين شطب هذه الحالة من إجراء الإنذار المبكر والتحرك العاجل.

وكانت لجنة حماية البيئة البحرية قد وافقت على إحالة الجوانب القانونية للخطط الإلزامية لإرشاد السفن في المضايق المستعملة للملاحة الدولية إلى اللجنة القانونية من أجل تمكين لجنة السلامة البحرية في دورتها التاسعة والسبعين من النظر في المقترح بعد حل مسألة الأساس القانوني.
