١٤ - تطلب من اللجنة الاستشارية أن تقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين تقريرا عن اﻹجراءات المتخذة بشأن الفقرة ٣١ من هذا القرار؛

The Advisory Committee has therefore requested the Secretary-General to submit a report on the requirements of the Tribunal to the General Assembly at its forty-eighth session, based on such decisions as the General Assembly may take at its resumed forty-seventh session on the nature of financing of the Tribunal.

In each of the above-mentioned resolutions, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Assembly at its forty-eighth session a report on its implementation.
