Also in its decision 4/1, the Conference requested the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to convene at least one open-ended intergovernmental meeting of experts in Vienna by September 2009 and decided that the meeting should present a report to the Conference at its fifth session on mechanisms, as appropriate, for reviewing implementation of the Convention and its Protocols.
كما طلب المؤتمر في مقرره 4/1 إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يعقد اجتماعا حكوميا دوليا مفتوح العضوية للخبراء واحدا على الأقل بحلول أيلول/سبتمبر 2009، في فيينا، وقرر أن يقدم الاجتماع تقريرا إلى المؤتمر في دورته الخامسة عن الآليات المناسبة لاستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية وبروتوكولاتها.

In accordance with Conference of the Parties decision 4/1, UNODC will convene an open-ended intergovernmental meeting of experts by September 2009 that will be tasked with presenting a report to the Conference at its fifth session on mechanisms for reviewing the implementation of the Organized Crime Convention and the Protocols thereto.
5- ووفقا لمقرر مؤتمر الأطراف 4/1، سوف يعقد المكتب بحلول أيلول/سبتمبر 2009 اجتماعا لفريق خبراء حكومي دولي مفتوح العضوية ستكون مهمته تقديم تقرير إلى المؤتمر في دورته الخامسة عن آليات استعراض تنفيذ اتفاقية الجريمة المنظمة والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها.

By its decision OEWG-IV/7, the Open-ended Working Group at its fourth session requested " the Secretariat to report to the Open-ended Working Group at its fifth session on the options that may be available with respect to the requirement of insurance, bonds or other financial guarantees and the financial limits established under the Protocol resulting from its consultations with relevant institutions " .
10- طلب الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية في دورته الرابعة في مقرره - 4/7 إلى الأمانة أن : " تقدم تقريرا إلى الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية في دورته الخامسة عن الخيارات التي قد تكون متاحة بشأن اشتراط التأمين أو السندات أو الضمانات المالية الأخرى والقيود المالية المنشأة بموجب البروتوكول والناتجة عن مشاوراتها مع المؤسسات الوثيقة الصلة. "
