If a party seizes the court of a Contracting State, the court would equally refer to its own rules of private international law and, if they designate the substantive law of that State or of any other State party to the convention, the Convention would apply.

(b) If a party seized the court of a contracting State, the court would equally refer to the private international law rules of the State in which it was located and, if those rules designated the substantive law of that State or of any other State party to the convention, the latter would be applied.
(ب) إذا لجأ طرف ما إلى محكمة دولة متعاقدة، رجعت تلك المحكمة كذلك إلى قواعد القانون الدولي الخاص للدولة التي هي موجودة فيها، وإذا كانت تلك القواعد تسمي القانون الموضوعي لتلك الدولة أو لأي دولة أخرى طرف في الاتفاقية انطبق ذلك القانون الموضوعي.

(e) if the right infringed by the act of a State arises from a multilateral treaty or from a rule of customary international law, any other State party to the multilateral treaty or bound by the relevant rule of customary international law, if it is established that:
