The Court found that the State of Mexico violated the rights to life, freedom, personal integrity, access to justice and legal remedies and the right not to be discriminated against on the grounds of sex under the American Convention.
ورأت المحكمة أن دولة المكسيك انتهكت الحق في الحياة، والحق في الحرية، والحق في السلامة الشخصية، والحق في إمكانية اللجوء إلى القضاء وسبل الانتصاف القانونية، وحق الشخص بموجب الاتفاقية الأمريكية في ألا يجري التمييز ضده على أساس نوع الجنس.
