Reaffirming that every State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights must ensure to all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction the rights recognized in the Covenant,
وإذ تؤكد من جديد أن على كل دولة طرف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية أن تؤمِّن لجميع الأفراد الموجودين في إقليمها والخاضعين لولايتها الحقوق المعترف بها في ذلك العهد،

Affirming that every State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights must ensure to all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction the rights recognized in that Covenant,
وإذ تؤكد أن على كل دولة طرف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية أن تؤمن لجميع اﻷفراد الكائنين في أراضيها والخاضعين لولايتها الحقوق المعترف بها في ذلك العهد،

Bearing in mind that every State party to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights has undertaken to guarantee the exercise of all rights enunciated in that Covenant without discrimination of any kind, including in particular on the basis of national origin,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أن كل دولة طرف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية تعهدت بكفالة ممارسة جميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في ذلك العهد دونما تمييز من أي نوع، بما في ذلك بوجه خاص التمييز بسبب الأصل القومي،

1. Sweden is since 1976 a State party to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and has submitted periodic reports in accordance with article 16 of the Covenant.
1- إن السويد دولة طرف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية منذ عام 1976، وهي تقدم تقاريرها الدورية وفقا للمادة 16 من العهد.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
٤- إن البوسنة والهرسك دولة طرف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية والاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري.

18. The Government of Yemen, which is State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, should have replied to all these questions put to it out of respect for its international obligations and also for the Working Group.
18- وكان ينبغي لحكومة اليمن، وهو دولة طرف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، أن تجيب على كل هذه الأسئلة من منطلق احترام التزاماتها الدولية، وأيضاً الفريق العامل.

3. The Sudan is a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

240. A State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights may submit a claim that another State Party is not fulfilling its obligations under the Covenant, providing that both States concerned have declared that they recognize the competence of the Committee in this regard.
١٤٢ - لكل دولة طرف في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية أن تدعي لدى اللجنة بأن دولة طرفا أخرى لا تفي بالالتزامات التي يرتبها عليها العهد، شريطة أن تعلن الدولتان المعنيتان اعترافهما باختصاص اللجنة في هذا الشأن.
