Each State Party to this Convention recognizes that the duty of ensuring the identification, protection, conservation, presentation and transmission to future generations of the cultural and natural heritage referred to in articles 1 and 2 and situated on its territory, belongs primarily to that State.
تعترف كل دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقية بأن من واجبها في الدرجة الأولى ضمان تحديد التراث الثقافي والطبيعي المشار إليه في المادتين 1 و 2 والواقع في أراضيها، وحمايته وحفظه وعرضه ونقله للأجيال المقبلة.

" Each State Party to this Convention undertakes never under any circumstances:

(d) " Aquifer State " means a State Party to the present Convention in whose territory any part of a transboundary aquifer or aquifer system is situated;
(د) يُقصد بمصطلح " دولة طبقة المياه الجوفية " أي دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقية يقع في إقليمها أي جزء من طبقة المياه الجوفية أو شبكة طبقة المياه الجوفية العابرة للحدود؛

(a) If a State Party to the present Protocol considers that another State Party is not fulfilling its obligations under the Covenant, it may, by written communication, bring the matter to the attention of that State Party.
(أ) إذا رأت دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقية أن دولة طرفاً أخرى لا تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب العهد، جاز لها أن توجه نظر تلك الدولة الطرف إلى ذلك برسالة مكتوبة.

A State Party to this Convention may at any time declare that it recognizes the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications in which a State Party claims that another State Party is not fulfilling its obligations under this Convention.
يجوز لأي دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تعلن، في أي وقت، اعترافها باختصاص اللجنة بتلقي وبحث بلاغات تزعم دولة طرف بموجبها أن دولة طرفاً أخرى لا تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.

يجوز لأي دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تعلن، في أي وقت، اعترافها باختصاص اللجنة بتلقي وبحث بلاغات تزعم دولة طرف بموجبها أن دولة طرفا أخرى لا تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.

(ع) الشكوى: تعني أي شكوى مقدمة من دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقية إلى لجنة تنظيم الشركات العسكرية والامنية الخاصة والإشراف عليها ورصدها؛

1. A State Party to this Convention may at any time declare under this article that it recognizes the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications to the effect that a State party claims that another State party is not fulfilling its obligations under this Convention.
1- لأي دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تعلن، في أي وقت، بموجب هذه المادة، أنها تعترف باختصاص اللجنة في أن تتسلم بلاغات تفيد أن دولة طرفا تدعي أن دولة طرفا أخرى لا تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية، وفي أن تنظر في تلك البلاغات.

Each State party to the International Convention agreed to take appropriate measures to identify, detect and freeze or seize any funds used or allocated for the purpose of committing a terrorist act.
وقد اتفقت كل دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقية الدولية على أن تتخذ التدابير المناسبة لتحديد أو كشف وتجميد أو حجز أي أموال مستخدمة أو مخصصة لغرض ارتكاب عمل إرهابي.

“Noting the importance of international cooperation in order to put in place effective measures consistent with the national law of all States Parties to this Convention to prevent, suppress and investigate such acts,”
