Foreigners who have committed offences in the territory of Ukraine and are duly prosecuted on the basis of this Code may be transferred to their State of origin to serve a sentence for the offence committed, if such transfer is provided for in international agreements to which Ukraine has acceded.
2 - يجوز تسليم الأجانب الذين ارتكبوا جرائم في أراضي أوكرانيا، وتمت مقاضاتهم بشكل مستوف للإجراءات بحسب هذا القانون، إلى دولهم الأصلية لقضاء فترة العقوبة عن الجريمة المرتكبة إذا كانت الاتفاقات الدولية التي انضمت إليها أوكرانيا تنص على مثل هذا التسليم.
