c. The secretariat supports efforts of affected country Parties to strengthen dialogue and consultation at subregional and/or regional and interregional level.

1. According to decision 11/COP.1, any group of affected country Parties may make joint communications on measures taken at the subregional and/or regional levels in implementation of the Convention.
1- وفقاً للمقرر 11/م أ-1، يجوز لأي مجموعة من البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة أن تقدم بلاغاً مشتركاً بشأن ما تتخذه من تدابير على المستوى دون الإقليمي و/أو الإقليمي تنفيذاً للاتفاقية.

In addition to this, any group of affected country Parties may make a joint communication on measures taken at the subregional and/or regional levels in the framework of action programmes.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، يجوز لأي مجموعة من البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة أن توجه رسالة مشتركة بشأن التدابير المتخذة على الصعيد دون الإقليمي و/أو الإقليمي في إطار برامج العمل().

6. In addition to reports on action programmes pursuant to paragraph 5, any group of affected country Parties may make a joint communication, directly or through a competent subregional or regional organization, on measures taken at the subregional and/or regional levels in implementation of the Convention.

Non-Annex I Parties are encouraged to provide, in accordance with decision 2/CP.7, information on how capacity-building activities, as contained in the framework annexed to that decision, are being implemented at national and, where appropriate, at subregional and/or regional levels.

Non-Annex I Parties are now encouraged to provide, in accordance with decision 2/CP.7, information on how capacity-building activities, as contained in the framework annexed to that decision, are being implemented at national and, where appropriate, subregional and/or regional levels.

There are very often issues and considerations of national capacity-building that can be addressed in an adequate manner only when national dimensions are complemented by correspondingly supportive responses at the subregional and/or regional levels.

Capacity-bBuilding Paragraph 46: Non-Annex I Parties are encouraged to provide, in accordance with decision 2/CP.7, information on how capacity-building activities, as contained in the framework annexed to that decision, are being implemented at national and, where appropriate, at subregional and/or regional levels.

In this context, the secretariat should reflect in its work plan the mobilization of resources for supporting the efforts of affected country Parties to strengthen dialogue and consultation at the subregional and/or regional and interregional levels, which was highlighted in The Strategy as part of the secretariat's work programme.
وينبغي في هذا السياق أن تُدرج الأمانة في خطة عملها تعبئة الموارد لدعم جهود البلدان الأطراف المتأثرة من أجل تعزيز الحوار والتشاور على المستويات دون الإقليمي و/أو الإقليمي والأقاليمي. وقد سُلط الضوء على ذلك في الاستراتيجية باعتباره جزءاً من برنامج عمل الأمانة.

Conducting briefings and seminars on climate change (national, subregional and/or regional) to enhance the relationship between government officials and journalists and to keep journalists abreast of the issues, could assist in raising the profile of climate change in many countries;
