(ب) ذخيرة مكونة من حاوية، مثبتة على طائرة، ومصممة لنثر أو إطلاق ذخائر فرعية متفجرة متعددة، غير الذخائر الفرعية المتفجرة الذاتية الدفع، وتحتوي على هذه الذخائر الفرعية المتفجرة.

1. All cluster munitions containing explosive submunitions weighing less than 20 kg. are prohibited, unless they possess all of the following characteristics or features:
1- تحظر جميع الذخائر العنقودية التي تحتوي على ذخائر فرعية متفجرة وزنها أقل من 20 كيلوغراما، إلا إذا كانت مزودة بجميع المميزات والخصائص التالية:

(e) munitions which are exclusively designed for use by direct fire delivery systems, and that disperse or release fewer than 10 explosive submunitions.
(ﻫ) [الذخائر المصمَّمة حصرياً لاستعمالها بنظم إطلاق النار المباشر،] والتي تنثر أو تُطلق أقل من 10 ذخائر فرعية متفجرة.

All States Parties having reported on retained cluster munitions and/or explosive submunitions have provided information about types and quantities of the retained stocks.
وقد قدمت جميع الدول الأطراف التي أبلغت عن الاحتفاظ بذخائر عنقودية و/أو ذخائر فرعية متفجرة معلومات عن أنواع المخزونات المحتفظ بها وكمياتها.

4. A cluster munition that disperses or releases explosive submunitions each of which weighs more than five kilograms, and is designed exclusively as an anti-runway munition against hard-surfaced runways, constructed from mass concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt or a combination of these, or from an equivalent material which yields the same compressive strength;
4- الذخيرة العنقودية المصمَّمة حصراً كذخيرة مضادة للمدارج والتي تَنثر أو تُطلق ذخائر فرعية متفجرة تزن كل واحدة منها أكثر من خمسة كيلوغرامات، وتُستعمل ضد مدارج صلبة مشيَّدة من الخرسانة الكتلية، أو من الخرسانة المسلحة، أو من الإسفلت أو من خليط من هذه المواد، أو من مادة معادلة ذات مقاومة ضغط مماثلة؛

(b) A munition consisting of a container, affixed to an aircraft, which is designed to disperse or release multiple explosive submunitions, other than direct fire munitions, in a single act, and includes those explosive submunitions.
(ب) ذخيرة مكونة من حاوية مثبتة على طائرة ومصممة لنثر أو إطلاق ذخائر فرعية متفجرة ومتعددة بخلاف الذخائر التي تطلق مباشرة، بفعل واحد، وتحتوي على تلك الذخائر الفرعية.

(a) A cluster munition whose explosive submunitions possess at least one of the following safeguards that effectively ensure that unexploded submunitions will no longer function as explosive submunitions:
(أ) الذخيرة العنقودية التي تمتلك ذخائرها الفرعية ضمانة واحدة على الأقل من الضمانتين التاليتين اللتان تعملان بفعالية على عدم اشتغال الذخائر الفرعية غير المنفجرة بصفتها ذخائر فرعية متفجرة وهما:

It is prohibited to use cluster munitions or explosive submunitions that are exclusively designed as anti-runway munitions and that disperse or release explosive submunitions each of which weighs more than five kilograms, against targets other than hard-surfaced runways, constructed from mass concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt or a combination of these, or from an equivalent material which yields the same compressive strength.
7- يُحظر استعمال الذخائر العنقودية أو الذخائر الفرعية المضادة للمدارج، المصمّمة حصرياً كقذائف مضادة للمدارج وتنشر أو تُطلق ذخائر فرعية متفجرة تزن كل منها أكثر من خمسة كيلوغرامات، لضرب أهداف غير المدارج الصلبة، المشيدة من الخرسانة الكتلية، أو من الخرسانة المسلحة، أو من الأسفلت أو من خليط منها، أو من مادة معادلة تُحدث مقاومة جهد الضغط نفسها.
