وتتألف اللجنة من ١٠ خبراء من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تغطيه هذه الاتفاقية.

" 1- يكون الثمانية عشر عضواً في لجنة حقوق الطفل خبراء من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تغطيه هذه الاتفاقية، ويعمل هؤلاء الأعضاء بصفتهم الشخصية " .

" ١- يكون الثمانية عشر عضواً في لجنة حقوق الطفل خبراء من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تغطيه هذه الاتفاقية، ويعمل هؤلاء اﻷعضاء بصفتهم الشخصية " .

" (a) To ensure that the members of the Committee on the Rights of the Child are of high moral standing and recognized competence in the field covered by the Convention, serving in their personal capacity, consideration being given to equitable geographical distribution, as well as to the principal legal systems;
" (أ) أن تكفل أن يكون أعضاء لجنة حقوق الطفل من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تشمله الاتفاقية وأن يعملوا بصفتهم الشخصية، على أن يراعى التوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك النظم القانونية الرئيسية؛

(a) To ensure that the members of the Committee on the Rights of the Child are of high moral standing and recognized competence in the field covered by the Convention, serving in their personal capacity, consideration being given to equitable geographical distribution as well as to the principal legal systems;
(أ) أن تكفل أن يكون أعضاء لجنة حقوق الطفل من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تشمله الاتفاقية وأن يعملوا بصفتهم الشخصية، على أن يراعى التوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك النظم القانونية الرئيسية؛

(a) To ensure that the members of the Committee on the Rights of the Child are of high moral standing and recognized competence in the field covered by the Convention, and serve in their personal capacity, consideration being given to equitable geographical distribution as well as to the principal legal systems;
(أ) أن تكفل أن يكون أعضاء لجنة حقوق الطفل من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تشمله الاتفاقية، وأن يعملوا بصفتهم الشخصية، على أن يراعى التوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك النظم القانونية الرئيسية؛

(a) To ensure that the members of the Committee on the Rights of the Child are of high moral standing and recognized competence in the field covered by the Convention, serving in their personal capacity, consideration being given to equitable geographical distribution, as well as to the principal legal systems;
(أ) أن تكفل أن يكون أعضاء لجنة حقوق الطفل من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تشمله الاتفاقية وأن يعملوا بصفتهم الشخصية، على أن يراعى التوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك النظم القانونية الرئيسية؛

(b) To ensure that the members are of high moral standing and recognized competence in the field covered by the Convention, serving in their personal capacity, consideration being given to equitable geographical distribution, as well as to the principal legal systems;
(ب) أن تكفل أن يكون أعضاء اللجنة من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تشمله الاتفاقية وأن يعملوا بصفتهم الشخصية، مع مراعاة التوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك النظم القانونية الرئيسية؛

(b) To ensure that the members are of high moral standing and recognized competence in the field covered by the Convention, serving in their personal capacity, consideration being given to equitable geographical distribution, as well as to the principal legal systems;
(ب) أن تكفل أن يكون أعضاء اللجنة من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تشمله الاتفاقية وأن يعملوا بصفتهم الشخصية، على أن يراعى التوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك النظم القانونية الرئيسية؛

9. Calls upon States parties to ensure, when electing the members of the Committee on the Rights of the Child in accordance with article 43 of the Convention, that the members are of high moral standing and recognized competence in the field covered by the Convention, serving in their personal capacity, consideration being given to equitable geographical distribution, as well as to the principal legal systems;
9- تطب إلى الدول الأطراف التأكد، عند انتخاب أعضاء لجنة حقوق الطفل وفقاً للمادة 43 من الاتفاقية، من ضمان أن يكون هؤلاء الأعضاء من ذوي المكانة الخلقية الرفيعة والكفاءة المعترف بها في الميدان الذي تشمله الاتفاقية، وأن يعملوا بصفتهم الشخصية، على أن يولى الاعتبار للتوزيع الجغرافي العادل وكذلك للنظم القانونية الرئيسية؛
