26. Strongly condemns in particular the measures and practices of discrimination against and the violations of the human rights of the ethnic Albanians of Kosovo, as well as the large-scale repression committed by the Serbian authorities, including:

27. Serbian police continued to loot or confiscate the property of ethnic Albanians in Kosova and to raid Albanian houses under various pretexts.

The " concern " of Albania for the welfare of the Yugoslavs of Albanian origin in the past decade, which for years has had one of the worst human rights records in the world, is not a legitimate one but a front for supporting terrorists and separatists in Kosovo and Metohija.
