15. Finally, the Secretary-General considered the recently released recommendations of the Global Commission on Migration required close analysis and reflection.
15- وفي الختام، رأى الأمين العام أن التوصيات الصادرة مؤخراً عن اللجنة العالمية المعنية بالهجرة تتطلب تحليلاً وتفكيرا دقيقين.

' 5` عند السفر المأذون به لأسباب طبية أو أسباب تتعلق بالسلامة أو الأمن أو في غير ذلك من الحالات المناسبة، إذا رأى الأمين العام أن هناك أسبابا اضطرارية توجب دفع هذه المصاريف؛

(i) A higher standard of travel may be approved when the Secretary-General determines that special circumstances warrant it.
(ط) يجوز السماح بالسفر بدرجة أعلى إذا رأى الأمين العام أن هناك ظروفا خاصة تستدعي ذلك.

Regulation 5.13. Tenders for equipment, supplies and other requirements shall be invited by advertisement, except where the Secretary-General deems that, in the interests of the Organization, a departure from this regulation is desirable.

15. Finally, the Secretary-General considered that the recently released recommendations of the Global Commission on Migration required close analysis and reflection.
15 - وفي الختام، رأى الأمين العام أن التوصيات الصادرة مؤخراً عن اللجنة العالمية المعنية بالهجرة تتطلب تحليلاً وتفكيرا دقيقين.

Very recently, after almost three years, the Secretary-General felt the need to re-emphasize it.
ومؤخرا جدا وبعد حوالي ثلاث سنـــوات رأى اﻷمين العام أن هناك حاجة الى إعادة التأكيد عليه.

(b) The appointment of a staff member appointed under these Rules may be terminated at any time if, in the Secretary-General's opinion, such action would be in the interest of the United Nations.
