"رازح" - Translation from Arabic to English

For 36 years the Palestinian people have been living under this brutal and bloody military occupation of their land, suffering innumerable hardships and violations of their human rights at the hands of the occupying Power.
فمنذ 36 عاما، والشعب الفلسطيني رازح تحت نير الاحتلال العسكري الوحشي الدموي لأرضه ويعاني من محن وانتهاكات لا حصر لها لما يحق له من حقوق الإنسان على يد السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال.

However, part of the territory of my homeland has been suffering for decades under military occupation, and the occupying Power possesses the largest arsenal in the region, an arsenal containing weapons of all types and of the most modern technology and, above all, the most dangerous of weapons of mass destruction, namely nuclear arms.
ولكن جزءا من أرض وطني رازح من عقود تحت الاحتلال العسكري وقوة الاحتلال تملك أكبر ترسانة أسلحة في المنطقة. أسلحة من كل اﻷصناف، ومن أحدث التكنولوجيا، وعلى رأسها أخطر سلاح تدمير شامل، وهو السلاح النووي.

On the other side, there is an occupied people, helpless and devastated, with groups committing terror attacks in contradiction of the official policies of the political leadership.
وفي الجانب الآخر، هناك شعب رازح تحت الاحتلال، لا حول له ولا قوة، ومدمَّر، مع وجود مجموعات ترتكب أعمالاً إرهابية تتعارض مع السياسات الرسمية للقيادة السياسية.
