406. the Ministers welcomed the Fourth Africa-South America Summit of Heads of State or Government (ASA), to be held in 2016, in Quito, Ecuador, as a continuation of the ongoing cooperation between both regions, and underscored the importance of this historic Summit as one significant step towards the integration and development of both regions in the construction of a new and better international economic order.
406- رحّب الوزراء بعقد مؤتمر القمة الرابع لرؤساء دول أو حكومات أفريقيا وأمريكا الجنوبية الذي سينعقد في 2016 في كيتو، إكوادور، باعتباره استمراراً للتعاون الجاري بين المنطقتين، وأبرزوا أهمية هذه القمة التاريخية باعتبارها خطوة هامة صوب تكامل وتنمية المنطقتين في بناء نظام اقتصادي دولي جديد وأفضل.

461. the Ministers welcomed the convening of the United Nations Conference on the World Financial and Economic Crisis and its Impact on Development, held on 24-30 June 2009 in New York, the outcome of which was subsequently endorsed by General Assembly resolution 63/303 on 9 July 2009.
461- رحّب الوزراء بانعقاد مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة المتعلّق بالأزمة المالية والاقتصادية العالمية وتأثيرها في التنمية، في الفترة من 24 إلى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2009 في نيويورك، والذي وافقت على نتائجه لاحقاً الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في قرارها 63/303 المؤرخ 9 تموز/يوليه 2009.

463. the Ministers welcomed the convening of a Special Session of the Human Rights Council on the impact of the global economic and financial crisis on the universal realization and effective enjoyment of human rights, held in Geneva on 20 February 2009, and encouraged all States to work for the implementation of the resolution adopted in that session.
463- رحّب الوزراء بعقد دورة استثنائية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان بشأن " تأثير الأزمتين الاقتصادية والمالية العالميتين على الإعمال العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والتمتُّع الفعَّال بها " التي عُقدَت في جنيف في 20 شباط/فبراير 2009، وأهابوا بجميع الدول العمل من أجل تنفيذ القرار الذي تم اتخاذه في تلك الدورة.

In this context, the Ministers welcomed the holding in June 2008 in Marrakech, Morocco, of the Conference of African-South American Trade Ministers within the framework of South America-Africa bi-regional process, the second Summit of which will take place during 2009, in Caracas, Venezuela.
353 - وفي هذا الإطار، رحّب الوزراء بانعقاد مؤتمر وزراء تجارة أفريقيا وأمريكا الجنوبية في مراكش، المغرب، في شهر حزيران/يونيه 2008 في إطار العملية الإقٌليمية الثنائية بين أمريكا الجنوبية وأفريقيا، والتي ستنعقد قمتها الثانية في عام 2009 في كركاس، فنزويلا.

the Ministers welcomed the holding of the " African Conference of Ministers in Charge of Environment on Climate Change- for post 2012 " , held in Algiers November 19-20, 2008, with the objectives of framing an African common position to enable the region to effectively participate in the UNFCCC negotiations.
404 - رحّب الوزراء بإحياء مؤتمر وزراء البيئة الأفارقة حول التغيير المناخي للفترة اللاحقة لعام 2012، الذي انعقد في العاصمة الجزائرية يوم 19 و20 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، بهدف عرض موقف أفريقي مشترك يسمح للمنطقة بالمشاركة بشكل فاعل في المفاوضات التي ستجري بعد عام 2012.

the Ministers welcomed the adoption of the Resolution 62/136 on improvement of the situation of women in rural areas and recognized the important role played by rural women in their societies and the need to fully implement the relevant provisions of that resolution in order to empower rural women and improve their situation.

479. the Ministers welcomed the recent steps undertaken by the African Countries to achieve the full Integration of NEPAD into the Structures and Processes of the African Union on the basis of the 13-points conclusion of Algiers, Algeria, NEPAD Ministers Implementing Committee (HSGIC), Brainstorming Summit, of March 2007, and the outcomes of the Dakar, Senegal, NEPAD Review Summit of April 2008.
479- رحّب الوزراء بالخطوات الأخيرة التي اتخذتها البلدان الأفريقية لتحقيق الإدماج الكامل للشراكة الأفريقية في هياكل وعمليات الاتحاد الأفريقي على أساس النقاط الثلاثة عشر لاستنتاجات وزراء الشراكة الجديدة لتنمية أفريقيا في الجزائر العاصمة بالجزائر ومؤتمر قمة التفكير، في آذار/مارس 2007، نتائج مؤتمر قمة مراجعة الشراكة الجديدة الذي عُقِد في نيسان/أبريل 2008 في داكار بالسنغال.

387. the Ministers welcomed the first formal review of the Joint Declaration on Comprehensive Partnership between ASEAN and the United Nations and its Annex at the 5th ASEAN-UN Summit on 10 October 2013 in Bandar Seri Begawan, further advanced and intensified the level of cooperation, as well as strengthened the framework of cooperation between ASEAN and the UN.
387- رحّب الوزراء بالاستعراض الرسمي الأول للإعلان المشترك بشأن الشراكة الشاملة بين رابطة أمم جنوب شرق آسيا والأمم المتحدة ومرفقه الصادر في القمة الخامسة للرابطة والأمم المتحدة المعقودة يوم 10 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2013 في بندر سري بيغاوان، الذي واصل دعم وتكثيف مستوى التعاون، وكذلك تعزيز إطار التعاون بين الرابطة والأمم المتحدة.
