As soon as possible and within six months of the Committee's transmittal of its Views on a communication or decision that a friendly settlement has closed its consideration of a communication, the State party concerned shall submit to the Committee a written response, which shall include information on action taken, if any, in the light of the Views and recommendations of the Committee or a friendly settlement agreement.

11. In accordance with article 5 of the Optional Protocol and rule 75 of the Committee's rules of procedure, the State party shall submit to the Committee, within six months, a written response including any information on action taken in the light of the Views and recommendations of the Committee.
