34 - تنص الفقرة 4 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول الاختياري على أنه، وعقب إحالة اللجنة لآرائها وتوصياتها إلى الأطراف المعنية، تعطي الدولة الطرف تلك الآراء والتوصيات العناية اللازمة وتقدم إلى اللجنة ردا مكتوبا يتضمن ما يتوفر من معلومات بشأن ما اتخذته من إجراءات في ضوء تلك الآراء والتوصيات.

23. Article 7.4 of the Optional Protocol, requiring the State party to give due consideration to the views of the Committee, together with its recommendations, if any, and to submit to the Committee within six months a written response, including information on any action taken in the light of views and recommendations of the Committee, has no equivalent in comparable instruments.
