These violations have been detailed in a number of letters, most recently in my letters dated 6 February 2001 (A/55/767-S/2001/111), 26 November 2000 (S/2000/1121), 23 October 2000 (S/2000/1011), 19 October 2000 (S/2000/1002) and 7 October 2000 (S/2000/969).

I have the honour to refer to my letters of 29 March 1994, 6 May 1994, 10 October 1994 and 1 April 1995, contained in documents S/1994/389, S/1994/572, S/1994/1182 and S/1995/268 respectively, by which I informed members of the Council of the appointment of Mr. Benny Widyono as my Representative in Cambodia for an initial period of six months, which was later twice extended for six months.
