The short period of time since our last letter to you has been no exception.
إن الفترة الوجيزة التي مضت منذ بعثنا إليكم رسالتنا الأخيرة لم تكن استثناء من ذلك.

Since our last letter dated 26 February 2007, the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, continued to suffer the brunt of Israeli military aggression.
منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة المؤرخة 26 شباط/فبراير 2007، لا تزال الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، تعاني من وطأة العدوان العسكري الإسرائيلي.

In this regard, since our last letter to you dated 4 October 2006, at least 16 Palestinians have been killed, including four children, and many have been injured.

In follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my profound regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, at least 59 more Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 4,444.
ومتابعة للرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يؤسفني شديد الأسف أن أبلغكم أنه، منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة الموجهة إليكم، قُتل ما لا يقل على 59 فلسطينيا آخرين على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مما يرفع العدد الإجمالي للشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 444 4 شهيدا.

In the period since our last letter to you, we have witnessed the flagrant continuation of this illegal Israeli colonization scheme, in addition to innumerable other illegal policies and practices, as the Israeli Government continues to flaunt its impunity before the eyes of the international community.
وفي الفترة المنقضية منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة الموجهّة إليكم، شهدنا استمرار إسرائيل الصارخ في تنفيذ هذا المخطط الاستيطاني غير القانوني، إضافة إلى سياسات وممارسات غير قانونية أخرى لا حصر لها، مع تمادي الحكومة الإسرائيلية في التفاخر بإفلاتها من العقاب على مرأى ومسمع من المجتمع الدولي.

In addition to the children mentioned above, many more children have been brutally killed by the Israeli occupying forces since our last letter to you on 17 July 2014.
وإضافة إلى الأطفال المذكورة أسماؤهم أعلاه، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بوحشية العديد من الأطفال الآخرين منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة الموجهة إليكم في 17 تموز/يوليه 2014.

We are compelled to convey to you the list below, which includes just a small fraction of the multiple grave violations, many of them amounting to war crimes, committed by Israel, the occupying Power, since our last letter, of 25 July 2014.
ونحن مضطرون أن ننقل إليكم القائمة الواردة أدناه، التي تتضمن جزءا صغيرا فحسب من الانتهاكات الجسيمة المتعددة، التي يرقى الكثير منها إلى مستوى جرائم الحرب، التي ارتكبتها إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة المؤرخة 25 تموز/يوليه 2014.

In addition to the above, I am compelled to draw the international community's attention to the several incidents that have taken place since our last letter, dated 17 September 2014.
وفضلا عما سبق ذكره، أجدني مضطرا إلى توجيه انتباه المجتمع الدولي إلى عدة حوادث وقعت منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة المؤرخة 17 أيلول/سبتمبر 2014.

This latest extrajudiciary execution carried out by Israel, the occupying Power, comes after 22 other Palestinian civilians, including children, were killed in cold blood by Israeli occupying forces since our last letter dated to you on Monday, 7 October 2002.
وتأتي آخر عملية إعدام بدون محاكمة ترتكبها إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، بعد أن قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية ببرودة دم 22 مدنيا فلسطينيا، من بينهم أطفال، منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة إليكم بتاريخ 7 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2002.

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, I regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, at least four more Palestinian civilians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since 28 September 2000 to 4,448.
وبناء على ذلك، وفي إطار متابعة الرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم أنه منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة الموجهة إليكم، قُتل ما لا يقل عن أربعة فلسطينيين آخرين على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية، مما يرفع العدد الإجمالي للشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ 28 أيلول/ سبتمبر 2000 إلى 4448 شهيدا.

Since our last letter to you on 22 August 2007 (A/ES-10/397-S/2007/504), at least 11 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli occupying forces in separate incidents throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory.

In follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my profound regret to inform you that, since our last letter to you, at least 59 more Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 4,385 (see annex).
ومتابعة للرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يؤسفني شديد الأسف أن أبلغكم أنه منذ رسالتنا الأخيرة الموجهة إليكم قُتل ما لا يقل على 59 فلسطينيا آخرين على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مما يرفع العدد الإجمالي للشهداء الذين قتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 385 4 شهيدا (انظر الرفق).

Moreover, since our last letter, dated 6 September 2012, Israeli settlers have further escalated their campaign of terror against Palestinian civilians and their towns and villages across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
