II. Maintaining balance among the pillars of the Treaty

In our view, the 2015 Review Conference should review the implementation of the 2010 action plan and, with an eye towards the next 2020 review cycle, seek to strengthen all three pillars of the Treaty -- nuclear disarmament, nuclear non-proliferation and the peaceful uses of nuclear energy.
