2. The Chairperson, subject to these rules, shall have control over the proceedings of the Committee and over the maintenance of order at its meetings.
2 - يشرف الرئيس، رهنا بأحكام هذا النظام الداخلي، على أعمال اللجنة وعلى المحافظة على النظام في جلساتها.

He or she shall rule on points of order and, subject to these rules, have complete control of the proceedings and over the maintenance of order thereat.
وهو يتولَّى البتّ في النقاط النظامية وتكون لـه السيطرة الكاملة على سير الأعمال وحفظ النظام فيها رهنا بأحكام هذا النظام الداخلي.

The following shall be applicable to the prosecution and punishment of the crimes referred to in article 1, subject to the provisions of this Statute:
رهنا بأحكام هذا النظام الأساسي، يسري ما يلي على الملاحقة القضائية والمعاقبة على الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة 1:

1. The Mechanism shall continue the material, territorial, temporal and personal jurisdiction of the ICTY and the ICTR as set out in Articles 1 to 8 of the ICTY Statute and Articles 1 to 7 of the ICTR Statute, as well as the rights and obligations, of the ICTY and the ICTR, subject to the provisions of the present Statute.
1 - تواصل الآلية الاختصاص المادي والإقليمي والزمني والشخصي لمحكمة يوغوسلافيا ومحكمة رواندا كما هو مبين في المواد من 1 إلى 8 من النظام الأساسي لمحكمة يوغوسلافيا وفي المواد من 1 إلى 7 من النظام الأساسي لمحكمة رواندا() وكذلك حقوقهما والتزاماتهما، رهنا بأحكام هذا النظام الأساسي.
