6. If an amendment has been accepted by seven-eighths of States Parties in accordance with paragraph 4, any State Party which has not accepted the amendment may withdraw from the Statute with immediate effect, notwithstanding paragraph 1 of article 127, but subject to paragraph 2 of article 127, by giving notice no later than one year after the entry into force of such amendment.
6 - إذا قبل تعديلا ما سبعة أثمان الدول الأطراف وفقا للفقرة 4، جاز لأية دولة طرف لم تقبل التعديل أن تنسحب من النظام الأساســي انسحابا نافــذا فــي الحال، بالرغم من الفقرة 1 مــن المادة 127 ولكن رهنا بالفقرة 2 من المادة 127، وذلك بتقديم إشعار في موعــد لا يتجاوز سنة واحدة من بــدء نفـاذ التعديل.

75. subject to paragraph 77, there shall be no restriction by the inspected State Party on the inspection team bringing onto the inspection site such equipment, approved in accordance with paragraph 76, which the [Technical Secretariat] [Organization] has determined to be necessary to fulfil the inspection requirements.

78. subject to paragraph 80, there shall be no restriction by the inspected State Party on the inspection team bringing onto the inspection site such equipment, approved in accordance with paragraph 79, which the [Technical Secretariat] [Organization] has determined to be necessary to fulfil the inspection requirements.
٨٧- رهنا بالفقرة ٠٨، لا تفرض الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش أي قيد على إحضار فريق التفتيش إلى موقع التفتيش ما تراه ]اﻷمانة الفنية[ ]المنظمة[ ضروريا لاستيفاء متطلبات التفتيش من المعدات المعتمدة وفقا للفقرة ٩٧.

“(b) subject to paragraph (d) below, the divorced spouse is entitled to the benefit set out in paragraph (c) below, payable prospectively following receipt of the request for a divorced surviving spouse’s benefit if, in the opinion of the Secretary, all of the following conditions are fulfilled:

Appeal 1. subject to sub-rule 2, an appeal against a decision of conviction or acquittal under article 74, a sentence under article 76 or a reparation order under article 75 may be filed not later than 30 days from the date on which the party filing the appeal is notified of the decision, the sentence or the reparation order.
