ويرحب مجلس الأمن كذلك بموافقة العراق، طبقا للقانون العراقي، على تطبيق البروتوكول الإضافي بصفة مؤقتة ريثما يبدأ نفاذه.

ويرحب المجلس كذلك بموافقة العراق، طبقا للقانون العراقي، على تطبيق البروتوكول الإضافي بصفة مؤقتة ريثما يبدأ نفاذه.

We encourage them to start voluntarily implementing the provisions of the Additional Protocol pending its entry into force.
ونشجع هذه الدول على أن تبدأ طواعية في تنفيذ أحكام البروتوكول الإضافي ريثما يبدأ نفاذه.

1. If on 16 November 1994 this Agreement has not entered into force, it shall be applied provisionally pending its entry into force by:
١ - إذا حل يوم ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤ ولم يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق، يجري تطبيقه بصفة مؤقتة ريثما يبدأ نفاذه من جانب:

1. If on 16 November 1994 this Agreement has not entered into force, it shall be applied provisionally pending its entry into force by:
1 - إذا حل يوم 16 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1994، ولم يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق، يجري تطبيقه بصفة مؤقتة ريثما يبدأ نفاذه من جانب:

Ukraine calls upon all States that have not yet done so to adhere to the Amendment as soon as possible and to act in accordance with the objective and purpose of the Amendment pending its entry into force.
وتهيب أوكرانيا بجميع الدول التي لم تلتزم بعد بالتعديل ولم تتصرف وفقا لأهداف ومقاصد التعديل ريثما يبدأ نفاذه أن تفعل ذلك في أسرع وقت ممكن.

The Council also requests that the International Atomic Energy Agency inform the Council as soon as possible regarding the quality of Iraq's safeguardsrelated cooperation with the Agency, including provisional implementation of the Additional Protocol pending its entry into force.
ويطلب المجلس أيضا إلى الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية أن تطلع المجلس في أقرب وقت ممكن على نوعية تعاون العراق مع الوكالة فيما يتصل بالضمانات، بما في ذلك التطبيق المؤقت للبروتوكول الإضافي ريثما يبدأ نفاذه.

According to article 7, paragraph 1, of the Agreement, " If on 16 November 1994 this Agreement has not entered into force, it shall be applied provisionally pending its entry into force ... " .
ووفقا للفقرة ١ من المادة ٧ من الاتفاق، فإنه " إذا حل يوم ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤ ولم يبدأ نفاذ هــذا الاتفاق، يجري تطبيقه بصفة مؤقتة ريثما يبدأ نفاذه ... " .

According to article 7, paragraph 1, of the Agreement, " If on 16 November 1994 this Agreement has not entered into force, it shall be applied provisionally pending its entry into force ... " .
ووفقا للفقرة ١ من المادة ٧ من الاتفاق، فإنه " اذا حل يوم ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤ ولم يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق، يجري تطبيقه بصفة مؤقتة ريثما يبدأ نفاذه ... " .

One model of provisional application was the adoption of decision l/CMP.8, in which the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol had recognized that parties might provisionally apply the Doha amendment pending its entry into force in accordance with articles 20 and 21 of the Kyoto Protocol; the parties might provide notification to the Depositary of their intention to do so.
ويتمثل أحد نماذج التطبيق المؤقت في اعتماد القرار l/CMP.8، الذي أقرّ فيه مؤتمر الأطراف الذي يمثّل اجتماع أطراف بروتوكول كيوتو بأن الأطراف يمكن أن تطبق تعديل الدوحة بصورة مؤقتة ريثما يبدأ نفاذه وفقا للمادتين 20 و 21 من بروتوكول كيوتو؛ ويمكن للأطراف أن تقدم إخطارا للوديع باعتزامها القيام بذلك.

After that date, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, States and entities which had been applying it provisionally, and for which it was not yet in force, were able to continue to be members of the Authority on a provisional basis up to 16 November 1998 pending its entry into force for those States and entities (see A/53/456, para. 24).
وبعد ذلك التاريخ، ووفقا ﻷحكام الاتفاق، أصبح بوسع الدول والكيانات التي تطبقه بشكل مؤقت، ولم يكن قد بدأ نفاذه بعد بالنسبة لها، أن تواصل عضويتها في السلطة على أساس مؤقت حتـى ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٨ ريثما يبدأ نفاذه بالنسبة لهـذه الـدول والكيانات )انظــر A/53/456، الفقرة ٢٤(.

In accordance with the provisions of section 1, paragraph 12 (a) of the annex to the Agreement, States and entities referred to in article 3 of the Agreement that had been applying it provisionally and for which it was not in force were able to continue to be members of the Authority on a provisional basis, pending its entry into force for such States and entities, by sending a written notification to the depositary to that effect.
ووفقا ﻷحكام الفقرة ١٢ )أ( من الفرع ١ من مرفق الاتفاق، يمكن للدول والكيانات المشار اليها في المادة ٣ من الاتفاق التي كانت تطبقه بصفة مؤقتة ولم يبدأ نفاذه بالنسبة اليها، أن تظل أعضاء في السلطة بصفة مؤقتة، ريثما يبدأ نفاذه بالنسبة الى تلك الدول والكيانات، وذلك بإرسال إشعار كتابي الى الوديع بذلك المعنى.
