Mr. García Revilla (Peru), speaking on behalf of the Group of 77 and China, thanked Peru for offering to host the fifteenth session of the General Conference and was confident that the decision would be endorsed at the current session of the Board.

In accordance with rule 23 of the rules of procedure, the Board elected by acclamation H.E. Mr. A. García Revilla (Peru) as President, H.E. Mr. A.L.A. Azeez (Sri Lanka), Mr. A. Groff (Switzerland) and H.E. Ms. T. G. Mutandiro (Zimbabwe) as Vice-Presidents, and Mr. S. Sizov (Russian Federation) as Rapporteur.
12- وفقاً للمادة 23 من النظام الداخلي، انتخب المجلس بالتزكية صاحب السعادة السيد أ. غارسيا ريفيّا (بيرو) رئيساً، وصاحب السعادة السيد أ.ل.أ. أزيز (سري لانكا) والسيد أ. غروف (سويسرا) وصاحبة السعادة السيدة ت.غ.

Mr. García Revilla (Peru) welcomed the Annual Report 2010 and, in particular, the Organization's technical cooperation programmes and activities in the area of strategic advice and support for the design and implementation of industrial policies in Member States.
67- السيد غارسيا ريفيّا (بيرو): أبدى ترحيبه بالتقرير السنوي لعام 2010، وخصوصا ببرامج وأنشطة التعاون التقني التي تضطلع بها المنظمة في مجال تقديم المشورة والدعم الاستراتيجيين لصوغ وتنفيذ السياسات الصناعية في الدول الأعضاء.

Mr. García Revilla (Peru), speaking on behalf of the Group of 77 and China, said that inclusive and sustainable development should take into account a country's level of economic, social and environmental development and its individual priorities.
27- السيد غارسيا ريفيّا (بيرو): تكلَّم بالنيابة عن مجموعة ال77 والصين، فقال إنَّ التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة ينبغي أن تأخذ في الاعتبار مستوى التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية للبلد وأولوياته الفردية.

Mr. García Revilla (Peru), speaking on behalf of the Group of 77 and China, expressed concern that two former Member States owed arrears to UNIDO amounting to Euro71.15 million and that 39 Member States currently had their voting rights suspended owing to unpaid assessed contributions.
105- السيد غارسيا ريفيّا (بيرو): تكلَّم نيابة عن مجموعة ال77 والصين فعبَّر عن القلق من أنَّ اثنتين من الدول الأعضاء السابقة بلغت متأخراتهما لليونيدو 71.15 مليون يورو، وأنَّ حقوق التصويت العائدة إلى 39 دولة عضو معلقة حالياً بسبب عدم سدادها لاشتراكاتها المقرَّرة.

In his capacity as President of the Board, H.E. Mr. Antonio García Revilla (Peru) conducted informal consultations on the Lima Declaration on 26 September, 3, 10 and 21 October, 6 and 14 November 2013, the outcome of which is the annexed draft " Lima Declaration: Towards inclusive and sustainable industrial development " .
وقد أجرى سعادة السيد أنتونيو غارسيا ريفيّا (بيرو)، بصفته رئيس المجلس، مشاورات غير رسمية بشأن إعلان ليما، في 26 أيلول/سبتمبر و3 و10 و21 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر و6 و14 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2013، أسفرت عن مشروع النص المرفق " إعلان ليما: نحو تنمية صناعية شاملة للجميع ومستدامة " .
