وخلصت المحكمة باﻹجماع أيضا إلى أن الجزر والجزيرات والصخور والنتوءات منخفضة المد في مجموعة زغر - حنيش، وجزر أبو علي وجزيرة جبل الطير والجزر والجزيرات والصخور والنتوءات منخفضة المد التي تشكل مجموعة زبير تخضع للسيادة اﻹقليمية لليمن.
