5.1 In his comments of 22 January, 17 March and 30 June 2006 on the question of the exhaustion of domestic remedies, the author contends that the State party did not clearly indicate what domestic remedies were available to him.
5-1 فيما يتعلق بمسألة استنفاد سبل الانتصاف الداخلية، تمسك صاحب البلاغ، في 22 كانون الثاني/يناير و17 آذار/مارس و30 حزيران/يونيه 2006، بأن الدولة الطرف لم تشرح بوضوح سبل الانتصاف الداخلية المتاحة له.

All individuals subject to its jurisdiction have the right to submit a written communication to the Committee on Civil and Political Rights if they consider that any of their rights enumerated in the Covenant has been violated and they have exhausted all available domestic remedies.
