ووفقاً للمحامي، كشفت الدولة الطرف، من خلال امتناعها عن اتخاذ أي إجراء، عن عدم استعدادها لإتاحة سبيل انتصاف فعال لصاحبة البلاغ.

9. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy.
9- وبموجب الفقرة 3(أ) من المادة 2 من العهد، تكون الدولة الطرف ملزمة بتوفير سبيل انتصاف فعال لصاحبة البلاغ.

10. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy.
10- وعملا بالفقرة 3(أ) من المادة 2 من العهد، فإن الدولة الطرف مُلزمة بتوفير سبيل انتصاف فعال لصاحبة البلاغ.

9. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy, including compensation if the property cannot be returned.
9- ووفقاً للفقرة 3(أ) من المادة 2 من العهد، فإن على الدولة الطرف التزاماً بتوفير سبيل انتصاف فعال لصاحبة البلاغ يشمل تعويضاً إن لم يكن بالإمكان رد ممتلكاتها إليها.

10. In accordance with article 2, paragraph 3 (a), of the Covenant, the State party is under an obligation to provide the author with an effective remedy which should include: (a) an impartial, effective and thorough investigation of the facts and the prosecution and punishment of those responsible; (b) full reparation, including appropriate compensation; (c) provision of free, specialized medical assistance.
10- ووفقاً لأحكام الفقرة 3(أ) من المادة 2 من العهد، فإن الدولة الطرف ملزمةٌ بتوفير سبيل انتصاف فعال لصاحبة البلاغ يشمل ما يلي: (أ) إجراء تحقيق محايد وفعال وكامل في الوقائع، ومقاضاة الجناة ومعاقبتهم؛ (ب) تقديم جبْر كامل للضرر الواقع على صاحبة البلاغ، يشمل تقديم تعويض مناسب لها؛ (ج) توفير سبل المساعدة الطبية المتخصصة والمجانية.
