1. Every person who abducts or takes away a minor under 18 years of age, even with the latter's consent, with a view to removing him from the custody of his legal guardian shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of six months to three years and a fine of LS 100.
1- من خطف أو أبعد قاصراً لم يكمل الثامنة عشرة من عمره ولو برضاه بقصد نزعه عن سلطة من له عليه الولاية أو الحراسة عوقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة مائة ليرة.

2. If such acts of violence or harsh treatment result in illness or injury, the term of imprisonment shall be between six months and three years unless a more severe punishment is required.
2 - وإذا أفضت أعمال العنف والشدة هذه إلى مرض أو جرح كانت العقوبة من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات ما لم تستلزم تلك الأعمال عقوبة أشد " .

Article 77 also specifies that anyone who offends against Islam or the other divinely revealed religions in writing or by means of sound, pictures, drawings or any other direct or indirect means is liable to six months' to three years' imprisonment and/or a fine.
كما تنص المادة 77 على أن يُعاقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة مالية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يتعرض للدين الإسلامي وباقي الأديان السماوية بالإهانة سواء بواسطة الكتابة أو الصوت والصورة أو الرسم أو بأية وسيلة أخرى مباشرة أو غير مباشرة.

2- إذا كان المجرم مكلفاً بجمع الأصوات أو أوراق الاقتراع أو حفظها أو فرزها أو القيام بأي عمل آخر متعلق بانتخاب عام عوقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات.

" 1- من سام شخصاً أي نوع مـن أنواع التعذيب التي لا يجيزها القانون بقصد الحصول على إقرار بجريمة أو على معلومات بشأنها عوقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات.

This article stipulates that " any official or officer who uses or orders the use of torture to obtain confessions shall be punished by a term of imprisonment of from six months to three years " .
وتنص هذه المادة على أن " كل موظف أو مستخدم يمارس أو يأمر بممارسة التعذيب للحصول على إقرارات يعاقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات " .

18. Article 321 of the Penal Code stipulates that: “Any woman who terminates her pregnancy by inducing an abortion or allowing another person to induce the said abortion shall be liable to a penalty of imprisonment for a term of six months to three years.”
18- فقد نصت المادة (321) من قانون العقوبات على ما يلي: " إن كل امرأة أجهضت نفسها بما استعملته من الوسائل أو رضيت بأن يستعمل لها غيرها هذه الوسائل تعاقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات " .

If the aforementioned acts occur as a result of negligence on the part of the official or employee, a penalty of imprisonment from six months to three years shall be imposed under the circumstances envisaged in the first paragraph of this article and from two to five years under those envisaged in the second paragraph, with disqualification from holding public office for the same period in both cases.
إذا حدثت الأفعال المشار إليها نتيجة إهمال من جانب المسؤول أو الموظف، تُفرض عقوبة بالسجن لمدة ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات في ظل الظروف الواردة في الفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة ولمدة سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في ظل الظروف الواردة في الفقرة الثانية مع التجريد من الوظيفة العامة طوال الفترة ذاتها أو العقوبتان كلاهما.

(2) If such acts of violence or harsh treatment lead to illness or injury, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a period of six months to three years unless the said acts warrant a more severe penalty. "
(2) وإذا أفضت أعمال العنف والشدة هذه إلى مرض أو جرح، كانت العقوبة من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات ما لم تستلزم تلك الأعمال عقوبة أشد " .

(1) Whoever conceals the perpetrator of a criminal act under articles 156 through 160, 169 through 172, 179 or 181, or provides him with food, clothing, money or takes care of him in another way in order to make his detection or arrest difficult, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of six months to three years. "
(1) يعاقب بالسجن مدة تتراوح من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات كل من يخفي مرتكب عمل إجرامي مشمول بأحكام المواد من 156 لغاية 160، أو من 169 لغاية 172، أو 179 أو 181، أو يوفر له الغذاء أو الملبس، أو يمده بالمال، أو يعتني به بطريقة أخرى، بغية تصعيب اكتشافه أو اعتقاله " .

The penalties imposed on the perpetrator of this crime have been set forth under articles 208/1 and 208/3 of the Penal Code including imprisonment for six months to three years against exercising any kind of torture to obtain confession of a crime or information in connection thereof. This penalty would be increased to temporary hard labour if torture has lead to illness or serious injury.
وقد تم تحديد العقوبات المفروضة على مرتكب هذه الجريمة بموجب المادة 208/1 و208/3 من قانون العقوبات وهي الحبس من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات في حال إيقاع أي نوع من أنواع التعذيب بقصد الحصول على إقرار بجريمة أو على معلومات بشأنها، وتتحول هذه العقوبة إلى الأشغال الشاقة المؤقتة إذا أفضى التعذيب إلى مرض أو جرح بليغ.

Article 489 of Morocco's Penal Code provides: " Any person who commits lewd or unnatural acts with an individual of the same sex shall be punished with a term of imprisonment of between six months and three years and a fine of 120 to 1,000 dirhams, unless the facts of the case constitute aggravating circumstance " .
وتنص المادة 489 من قانون العقوبات المغربي على ما يلي: " يعاقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات وغرامة من مائة وعشرين درهما إلى ألف درهم من ارتكب فعلاً من أفعال الشذوذ الجنسي مع شخص من جنسه، ما لم يكن فعله جريمة أشد " ().
