6.26 In view of the above approach, the growing need for commercial law reform in the various areas of the Commission's work, and the increasing demand for legislative technical assistance (in particular in developing countries and economies in transition), the Division will focus on more active promotion of UNCITRAL texts, technical assistance for legislative work, and training.
