The Senior Advisory Group expressed the view that, in order to be credible and sustainable, the system for reimbursing troop-contributing countries must have a factual basis, grounded in the reality of the actual costs incurred, and that there needs to be a transparent process for periodic adjustment and review (A/C.5/67/10, para. 54).
