وينبغي النصّ على حظر أجسام أخرى ليس فقط في المدار وإنما في حالة مسار مع استلهام روح الفقرة 3 من المادة 3 من الاتفاق المنظم لأنشطة الدول على سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى.

(iv) Assess whether existing international rules adequately address activities on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies;
`4` تقييم ما إذا كانت القواعد الدولية الحالية تعالج الأنشطة المضطلع بها فوق سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى معالجة وافية.

That delegation was of the view that the Working Group on the Status and Application of the Five United Nations Treaties on Outer Space should not act outside its mandate by assessing the adequacy of national laws in addressing activities on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies.
ورأى ذلك الوفد أنه لا ينبغي للفريق العامل المعني بهذا البند أن يعمل خارج نطاق ولايته بأن يقيّم مدى كفاية القوانين الوطنية في معالجة الأنشطة المضطلع بها على سطح القمر والأجرام السماوية الأخرى.
