٣ - وأشار السيد سكوغمو إلى أن عدم الاستقرار في بعض مناطق العالم يخلق تحديات جديدة للعمل اﻹنساني، خاصة في السياق الراهن لمشاكل التمويل وتخفيضات البرامج.

6. Mr. Skogmo concluded by emphasizing the need to continue efforts to ensure the safety of refugees and displaced persons and of those who were mandated to protect them.
٦ - واختتم السيد سكوغمو كلمته مشددا على ضرورة مواصلة الجهود لضمان سلامة اللاجئين والمشردين وسلامة المكلفين بحمايتهم.
