6- لأغراض هذه المادة والمادة 13 من هذه الاتفاقية، يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تخول محاكمها أو سلطاتها المختصة الأخرى أن تأمر بتقديم السجلات المصرفية أو المالية أو التجارية أو بالتحفظ عليها.

Article 12 (6) of the Convention provides that " each State party shall empower its courts or other competent authorities to order that bank, financial or commercial records be made available or be seized.
ويرد في الفقرة (6) من المادة 12 من الاتفاقية ما يلي " تخول كل دولة طرف محاكمها أو سلطاتها المختصة الأخرى أن تأمر بإتاحة السجلات المصرفية أو المالية أو التجارية أو بحجزها.
