22. The Committee urges the State party to speedily enact the draft law to regulate the activities of marriage brokers and to develop additional policies and measures to protect foreign women from exploitation and abuse by marriage brokers and traffickers, and by their spouses.

415 - تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على القيام عاجلا بإقرار مشروع القانون الخاص بتنظيم أنشطة سماسرة الزواج ووضع سياسات وتدابير إضافية لحماية النساء الأجنبيات من الاستغلال والمعاملة السيئة من جانب سماسرة الزواج والمتَّجرين ومن جانب أزواجهن.

(c) Take legislative and other measures to ensure effective implementation of the Marriage Brokerage Control Act, in order to protect foreign women against exploitation and abuse by marriage brokers and traffickers and by their spouses;
