5. The Council shall publish at an appropriate date, but at least twice every cocoa year, projections on cocoa production and cocoa grindings.
5- ينشر المجلس في الوقت المناسب، على أن يكون ذلك مرتين في كل سنة كاكاوية على الأقل، التوقعات بشأن إنتاج الكاكاو وعمليات طحن الكاكاو.
