1. A Conference of States Parties shall be convened no later than one year following the entry into force of this Treaty.
1 - يُعقد مؤتمر للدول الأطراف في موعد لا يتجاوز سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة.

2. The Conference of the Parties shall convene not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention.
٢- يتعين أن ينعقد مؤتمر اﻷطراف في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall convene the Conference of the Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of this Convention.
2- يدعو الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة مؤتمر الأطراف إلى الانعقاد في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall convene the Conference of the Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of this Convention.

2- يتولى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة عقد مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

Pursuant to article 63, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the Secretary-General convened the Conference of the States Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention.
وتقضي الفقرة 2 من المادة 63 من الاتفاقية بأن يعقد الأمين العام مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية.

Article 63 of the Convention also provides that the Secretary-General shall convene the Conference of the States Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention.
كما تنص المادة 63 من الاتفاقية على أن يتولى الأمين العام عقد مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية.

In the same resolution, the Assembly also requested the Secretary-General to designate the Centre to serve as the secretariat for the Conference of the Parties to the Convention, which the Secretary-General is requested to convene not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention.

Article 63 of the Convention establishes a Conference of the States Parties to the Convention, to be convened not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention.

In its resolution 55/25, the Assembly also requested the Secretary-General to designate the Centre to serve as the secretariat for the Conference, which the Secretary-General is requested to convene not later than one year following the entry into force of the Convention.
وفي القرار 55/25 طلبت الجمعية العامة أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يكلف المركز بتولي مهام أمانة المؤتمر وطلبت إليه اللجنة أيضا أن يدعو مؤتمر الأطراف للانعقاد في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall convene the Conference of the Parties not later than one year following the entry into force of this Convention. [Thereafter, ordinary meetings of the Conference of the Parties shall be held at regular intervals to be determined by the Conference.
2- يدعو الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة مؤتمر الأطراف إلى الانعقاد في موعد أقصاه سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية. [بعد ذلك، تُعقد الاجتماعات العادية لمؤتمر الأطراف على فترات دورية يحددها مؤتمر الأطراف.

In accordance with article 32, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Convention, a Conference of the Parties to the Convention was established and the Secretary-General of the United Nations convened the inaugural session of the Conference of the Parties in Vienna from 28 June to 9 July 2004, less than one year following the entry into force of the Convention on 29 September 2003 pursuant to its article 38, paragraph 1.
2- وعملا بالفقرتين 1 و2 من المادة 32 من الاتفاقية، أنشئ مؤتمر للأطراف في الاتفاقية. وقد دعا الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إلى انعقاد دورة افتتاحية لمؤتمر الأطراف في فيينا من 28 حزيران/يونيه إلى 9 تموز/يوليه 2004 قبل أقل من سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية في 29 أيلول/سبتمبر 2003 عملا بالفقرة 1 من المادة 38 من الاتفاقية.

In accordance with article 32, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Convention, a Conference of the Parties to the Convention was established and the Secretary-General of the United Nations convened the inaugural session of the Conference in Vienna from 28 June to 9 July 2004, less than one year following the entry into force of the Convention on 29 September 2003 pursuant to its article 38, paragraph 1.
2- وفقا للفقرتين 1 و2 من المادة 32 من الاتفاقية أُنشئ مؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية ودعا الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إلى انعقاد الدورة الافتتاحية لذلك المؤتمر في فيينا من 28 حزيران/يونيه إلى 9 تموز/يوليه 2004، أقل من سنة واحدة بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية في 29 أيلول/سبتمبر 2003 عملا بالفقرة 1 من المادة 38 من الاتفاقية.
