Nam Kwang also provided copies of 10 other promissory notes, which it describes as " re-scheduled promissory notes " . These 10 promissory notes were issued on 5 July 1989 and were due for payment between 1992 and 1994.

٦٣٢- تطلب شركة Hidrogradnja، باﻹضافة إلى ذلك، تعويضا مقداره ٨٣٩ ٥٣٢ ٥ دولاراً عن مبالغ موجودة في حساب السندات اﻹذنية في ٢ آب/أغسطس ٠٩٩١ ولكن لم يصدر بها سندات إذنية أبدا.

The Panel finds that the evidence establishes that the balance in the PN account has been correctly stated, that the amounts in the account were based on ICs which had been approved by the Employer, and that no PNs had been issued or paid in respect of this balance.
