Noting that the Programme was reviewed by the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes of the World Food Programme at its thirty-fifth session and by the Economic and Social Council at its substantive session of 1993,
وإذ تلاحظ أن استعراض البرنامج قد أجري من جانب كل من لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها التابعة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي في دورتها الخامسة والثلاثين، والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في دورته الموضوعية لعام ١٩٩٣،

In particular, the question of a separate Executive Board for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the arrangements relating to the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes of the World Food Programme (WFP) and the outcome of the consultations on funding operational activities for development within the United Nations system are reviewed.
وعلى وجه الخصوص يرد استعراض لمسألة إنشاء مجلس تنفيذي مستقل لصندوق اﻷمم المتحدة للسكان، والترتيبات المتعلقة بلجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها التابعة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي، ونتيجة المشاورات المتصلة بتمويل اﻷنشطة التنفيذية من أجل التنمية في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة.

إذ يلاحظ التعليقات التى أبدتها لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها التابعة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي بشأن الحد اﻷدنى للرقم المستهدف للتعهدات الخاصة بالمساهمات الطوعية في البرنامج للفترة ٧٩٩١-٨٩٩١،

واذ تلاحظ أن البرنامج كان موضع استعراض من قبل لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها التابعة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي في دورتها السابعة والثلاثين ومن المجلس اﻹقتصادي واﻹجتماعي في دورته الموضوعية لعام ٤٩٩١،

At its thirty-seventh session, in May 1994, the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes of WFP considered the question of the implementation of General Assembly resolution 48/162.
٣ - ونظرت لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها التابعة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي، في دورتها السابعة والثلاثين التي عقدت في ايار/مايو ١٩٩٤ في مسألة تنفيذ قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٨/١٦٢.

The following year, which coincided with the comprehensive review of General Assembly resolution 48/162, the results of the activities of those two Boards to date were documented, as were the question of a separate Executive Board for UNFPA and the arrangements relating to the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes of the World Food Programme.
وفي السنة التالية التي وافقت الاستعراض الشامل لقرار الجمعية العامة ٤٨/١٦٢، تم توثيق نتائج أنشطة هذين المجلسين حتى ذلك الوقت، وكذلك مسألة إنشاء مجلس تنفيذي مستقل لصندوق اﻷمم المتحدة للسكان والترتيبات المتعلقة بلجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها التابعة لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي.

1. At its thirty-eighth session, held in Rome from 12 to 16 December 1994, the Committee for Food Aid Policies and Programmes of the World Food Programme considered the report of the Open-ended Working Group on General Assembly resolutions 47/199 and 48/162.
١ - نظرت لجنة سياسات المعونة الغذائية وبرامجها التابعة لمجلس اﻷغذية العالمي، في دورتها الثامنة والثلاثين المعقودة في روما في الفترة من ١٢ الى ١٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، في تقرير الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية المتعلق بقراري الجمعية العامة ٤٧/١٩٩ و ٤٨/١٦٢.
