In case the Alien fails to leave Bosnia and Herzegovina voluntarily within the deadline set for execution of the decision, the final decision on expulsion shall be executed by the Service for Foreigner's Affairs through measures of forceful removal of an alien from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
