تأذن دائرة المراسم والاتصال بإصدار تراخيص لدخول اﻷمم المتحدة ﻷعضاء الوفود )انظر الصفحتين ٣ و ٨(. ويمكن أيضا الحصول على تذاكر لدخول شرفة الجمهور بقاعة الجمعية العامـة من دائرة المراسم والاتصال، لدى تلقيها طلبا خطيا بذلك من البعثات.

53. In addition to the special protocol tickets, access to the public gallery of the General Assembly Hall (fourth floor) will be provided to those members of delegations whose head of delegation will address a given meeting of the High-level Plenary Meeting on the basis of the regular United Nations building pass in combination with special entry tickets to the public gallery.
