25. The provision of $3,230,000 reflects estimated expenditures for 1994 and projected requirements for 1995 based on the proposals contained in the report of the Secretary-General on conditions of service and allowances of the members of the Tribunal (A/C.5/49/11) and should be read in conjunction with that report.

The Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions has considered the reports of the Secretary-General on the conditions of service and allowances of the members of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 (A/C.5/49/11) and on the financing of the Tribunal (A/C.5/49/42).

The estimated requirements of $1,619,400 are based on the proposals outlined in the report of the Secretary-General on conditions of service and allowances of the members of the International Tribunal (A/C.5/49/11) and take into account the recommendations included in the report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (A/49/7/Add.12).
